Engage Solution Selected by Meijer, Inc. to Improve Efficiency and Effectiveness of Marketing and Advertising Efforts

Solution Enables Greater Customer Relevance in Campaigns and Competitive Advantage in Production Processes

ANDOVER, Mass., February 10, 2003 - Engage, Inc. (OTCBB: ENGA), a leading provider of advertising, marketing and promotion (AMP) software solutions, announced today that Meijer, Inc., one of the leading supercenter retailers in the United States, has selected to partner with Engage. Meijer, which specializes in value-added in-store services, has selected Engage to streamline marketing and advertising processes and create competitive advantage through increased personalization in their marketing efforts. The enterprise-wide Engage software solution will allow Meijer to better control personalized messaging and targeting efforts and will also speed production of advertising circulars and in-store promotional marketing material.
