President
Martin Lowrie, president of ADSmart, comes to the company with extensive
experience in developing and selling new software technologies to
improve business productivity. From the early days of the CAD/CAM
market, Martin has played a major role in starting new, profitable
software businesses within Prime Computer and Computervision. During
his eleven years at Computervision, he served as the director of
business operations and was responsible for managing relationships with
strategic suppliers as well as partnering agreements with key
customers. Prior to Computervision, Martin spent eight years in the Air
Force in Zimbabwe as a fighter pilot and flight instructor. Martin
holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the
University of Witwaterstrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. Martin's
global-scale experience in marketing strategy, sales, finance and
operations makes him uniquely qualified to lead a new company into a
dynamic new market.

Vice President, Operations and Customer Support
Susan Challenger is the vice president of operations and customer
services. Previously, Susan spent ten years with Lotus Development
Corporation in a variety of management positions including: director of
marketing for Lotus' Worldwide Service Organization; managing overall
marketing messages and programs for the services business; director of
product management for Lotus Organizer and Lotus Forms; and director of
marketing and business development for cc:Mail. Susan also spent three
years in England as the director of international marketing where she
assisted in establishing the European Operations for One Source. Prior
to Lotus, Susan spent eight years with Data Resources, a division of
McGraw-Hill, in various sales, consulting and management positions.
Susan holds an MBA in finance from Columbia University as well as a
master's degree in economics from the London School of Economics and
Politics.

Director, Product Marketing
Su Doyle is a director of marketing, focusing on web sites and software
publishers. Su brings more than ten years of marketing, sales, and
technical management experience in the software and systems integration
industry to the team. Prior to joining ADSmart, Su was the director of
product marketing for Lycos, where she led strategy, product development
and editorial content for new products and was also responsible for the
release of Lycos' directory of top web sites and the development of
Lycos' in-house advertising software. Before Lycos, Su held senior
roles in strategic alliances, channel development, and product line
management at Wang, leading their entry into the groupware software
market. Su holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing from the
State University of New York.

Vice President of Advertising Sales
Bobbie Halfin is vice president of advertising sales and brings more
than 20 years of advertising sales experience to ADSmart. Most
recently, she was instrumental in the growth of sales at Parade
Magazine. Her experience initiating aggressive, innovative and
successful strategic sales plans at national publications such as
Rolling Stone, Sassy, McCall's, Working Woman and Glamour, and
international publications such as Sassy Japan, provides ADSmart with
the ideal combination of skills to impact not only the market goals of
ADSmart.net's member sites, but also to contribute significantly to the
company's future growth. Bobbie holds a BA from Brandeis University
and masters degree from the Hunter College Graduate School of Fine Arts.

Director of Marketing
Jim Nail is a director of marketing, focusing on advertising agencies.
Previously, Jim spent fifteen years working for the country's leading
advertising and direct marketing agencies, including Ogilvy & Mather,
Bates Advertising, and Draft Direct Worldwide. Jim has worked on
campaigns for top advertisers such as American Express, AT&T, ChemLawn
Services, and the U.S. Armed Forces. Jim has spent most of his career
specializing in the integration of advertising, direct marketing, and
sales promotion campaigns. Jim is a graduate of Williams College.

Chief Technology Officer
Daniel Suman is the director for research and development. Prior to
joining ADSmart, Daniel worked at NetMarket, developing software for
Internet commerce. Before NetMarket, Daniel was with Hewlett Packard,
where he was a manager and principal engineer working with graphics
software, NFS/NIS, CORBA, parallel processing, and various other
concentrations. Daniel also spent time with Apollo Computer. Daniel
received a master's degree from North Carolina State University.
