On February 1st, 1999 Adsmart acquired 2CAN Media, the industry's largest site-focused online
advertising representation firm. 2Can is now joined with the ADSmart organization under
the direction of Chairman and CEO, John Federman.
ADSmart now represents a growing roster of more
than 175 premier Web brands totaling 1.2 billion impressions per month, metrics which
squarely place ADSmart as one of the industry's leading interactive advertising networks.
On April 15th, 1999, this Website will be
representative of the new merged company. In the interim, there is a complete list of the
