Our Mission
ADSmart was founded in July 1996 to combine the branding power of traditional media with the precision and interactivity of new media and provide effective marketing opportunities for advertisers and a profitable advertising revenue stream for web publishers. The ADSmart Network was launched in January 1997.

What We Do
ADSmart Corporation designs, develops, markets and supports services and technology to manage the business of buying and selling Internet advertising. For advertisers, the ADSmart Network, a leading Internet advertising network, provides direct access to key affinity audiences on quality sites. For web publishers, ADSmart provides outsourced solutions including advertising sales representation and ad management services.

Who We Are
Though we have the creative, entrepreneurial spirit of an Internet startup, we have many years of combined expertise in traditional and new media sales, brand advertising, direct marketing, web site operations, distributed application development, and targeting methodology. ADSmart has both the speed of a small company and the strength of a large company, since we are owned by CMG Information Services, a publicly-traded Internet incubator and Internet  investment company with a 30-year history in direct marketing.

For Advertising Clients
ADSmart’s media properties and buying services make it simple to plan and buy Internet advertising and build unique sponsorship and co-branding relationships. With ADSmart’s assistance, advertising clients can associate their brands with quality content and build relationships with online audiences in key affinity groups.

For Web Publishers
ADSmart provides technology and services for planning. promoting, managing, serving and tracking interactive marketing campaigns in exchange for a percentage of the overall media buy. ADSmart also licenses its network enabling system to international networks.

ADSmart uses its proprietary technology to automate the Internet advertising process, including media placement, campaign management, creative delivery, ad insertion, flighting and billing. This technology enables ADSmart’s service and operations organization to deliver high-value services to both advertising clients and ADSmart Network member sites efficiently and profitably.
